Shipping Policy

Due to the VAT laws, UK and EU customers can shop BijutsuRyuu at Etsy.

Etsy helps charge VAT charges ahead of time to ensure your package arrives safely with no problems, and stays within tax regulations. 

International Customers are in charge of Customs and Fees

Please be mindful that shipping rate changes depending on your country, so do double check through USPS your rates.

Pre-orders usually take 2-3 months or but please be ready for any delays that may occur. 
I will start fixing orders once I receive the packages. Unless there are conventions and deadlines, I need to finish first so it may take about a week to finally ship it over. I'll try to be as transparent with the status as best as I could.
If you order non pre-ordered items, it will be shipped along together with the pre-order items. UNLESS, there's a valid reason why you need it ASAP.

All shipments will be sent via USPS
Orders within the US will have tracking included. 
 
Can I get a refund for my order?

I will gladly do a refund if your order showed up damaged and there is proof provided and you would not like a replacement. Refund is limited to the item value and will not include shipping.

If a package gets lost or the item sent is broken or incorrect when receiving
Please let me know and we can discuss possible options.

International refunds will have with a 10% restock fee taken out and it will not include shipping. Unfortunately orders leaving outside of the United States have a higher chance of being lost in transit. 

I never received my package what should I do? 

Since I am a small business I am not responsible for lost or stolen orders from tracked deliveries. Once I have handed the package off to the carrier it is out of my hands and you should contact the carrier and report it.

If it's due to Incorrect address by the time you placed the order and you did not double check or make contact (and I have already shipped the package) I will be needing you to re-order :(
